Request 成绩单 from the 记录办公室

Your transcript is your official record of all coursework, grades and degrees conferred at Rhode Island College. All transcript requests are processed electronically through 羊皮纸. All current and former RIC students can request that their official transcript be sent electronically or on paper to themselves, 教育机构, 潜在的雇主, or any other 的地方 of their choosing. 

Please Note: Transcript orders will not be processed for students with financial holds on their records. 请电邮至财务处: bursar@pronewport.com, to determine how your hold can be removed.

Please Note: We are unable to accept transcript requests over the 电话 or by 电子邮件. 

如何申请成绩单

Requesting an eTranscript is the quickest and most efficient way to obtain your academic record and all official transcript requests must be made online through 羊皮纸. 

Current, 校友 and Former Students

请使用 羊皮纸 所有成绩单订购. If you already have a 羊皮纸 账户, you can login as you normally would with your credentials and add RIC to your dashboard. If this is your first time using 羊皮纸, you will be prompted to create an 账户. 请使用 a personal 电子邮件 address when creating your 账户. 

创建一个羊皮纸账户

1. 去 注册页面，并填写字段.
2. Start by adding a school or organization you attend(ed).
3. Enter the name of the school in the search box and click "搜索."
4. When the chosen school appears, click "Add" and then fill in the fields on the "Add Enrollment Information" page. 

订购成绩单

1. 登录你的 羊皮纸 账户.
2. Click "Order" under the name of your school.
3. Your will see two destination options. If you are sending your transcript to a school: enter the school name in the text box. If you are sending it to yourself or another individual: select the "I'm sending to myself or another individual option."
4. Continue filling in the fields to 的地方 your order. 
5. 在“提供同意”页面, you (or your parent/guardian) authorizes 羊皮纸 to release your transcript from RIC. You can sign with your mouse or finger.
6. Finally, you will make a payment and then you can begin to track your order.
